My Villa sits 30 feet from the beautiful Caribbean Sea on the island
of Roatan. The “Bay Islands” as they are known consist of 8 islands;
the 3 main ones are; Roatan, the largest, Utila to the west of Roatan,
and Guanaja to the east. The island of Roatan is located about 40 miles
of north of Honduras and about 110 miles east of Belize.

My villa was built in 2006, and is part of the Parrot Tree Plantation
gated community on the windward (south) side toward the east end of the 
island. Parrot Tree Plantation is without a doubt the most well built and most
desirable community in Roatan. Found just off the dock of the marina, our
Villa is approximately 2600 square feet, 3 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms, a
great room, a spacious waterfront balcony, and best of all, an awesome
ocean breeze and breathtaking views.
